XIP Consulting, LLC provides consulting, planning, design, and implementation oversight services for Information Technology (IT) systems.  XIP Consulting’s primary line of business is Airport IT consulting which includes IT strategic planning, business and operational impacts studies, strategic design, program management, design services, implementation oversight, and maintenance period transition.

XIP Consulting, LLC was founded in 2005 by Heath Kolman, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Systems Engineering.  Mr. Kolman is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).

Mr. Kolman has 25 years of IT and systems consulting, design, and oversight experience including nearly 50 major domestic and international airports.
