Owner and Principal – Heath C. Kolman, P.E., RCDD

XIP Consulting, LLC was founded in 2005 by Heath Kolman, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Systems Engineering. After graduation from the Naval Academy, Mr. Kolman received additional and extensive technical training via the Navy Nuclear Power Program. After Mr. Kolman’s service in the Navy, he began is consulting career beginning with leading the Common Use System design for Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, Terminal D.

Mr. Kolman, as the principal consultant for XIP Consulting, takes a direct and leading role in all project efforts. Mr. Kolman is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). Mr. Kolman has 25 years of IT and systems consulting, design, and oversight experience including nearly 50 major domestic and international airports.
